We’re Five Years Old
Today is the first class of prepress. The first thing we did was have a quiz. It was so funny how only a few people passed. Lucky there was no marks attached to this. Having a quiz on the first day of class is obvious a sign. But my preconceptions were totally wrong because the next thing we did was play with paint and potato. No one in the class expect to be playing with food and paint in a prepress. We carved potato and made stamps. This totally made coming to school on a saturday morning so worth it. Did i mention the free candy!

yes you did, it was totally the best and most random class ever. the teacher had random comments every now and then like “we dont need to hire dyslexic people to proof our jobs” or “i want all the black in the back… thats kinda politically incorrect (in a self doubting voice)” and before class ended he said ” remember this is the only class where you can play with potato!” i burst out in laughter a couple of time during class lol.
